We highly suggest that you check your tracking number for updates and retrieve your package immediately, especially during the summer months. Please note that your product may melt in transit. Please put your product in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes for restoration. We are not offering returns, exchanges or refunds at this time. Please keep in mind that our products are 100% natural and handmade. Each batch is made to order.
