Shipping:

We custom make and prepare each order to ensure that you have a professional and heartfelt experience. Therefore, please allow up to 2-4 business days to process, package and ship your order.  Please make sure you track your shipment and retrieve your package as soon as possible to prevent melting. If melting occurs, simply refrigerate the product until the texture hardens. 

All products will ship either via ground advantage or priority mail. You have the option to select which service you prefer. Please note that we are not responsible for USPS delays beyond our control.
