Our foot soak contains:
Pink Himalayan Salt (Course) and (Fine): Helps to draw out toxins, deep cleanses skin, and helps to cleanse your body energetically.
Epsom Salt: Helps to sooth minor aches and pains, tired muscles and it helps to reduce swelling.
Eucalyptus Oil: Helps strengthen the skin's natural moisture barrier. Eucalyptus Oil helps trap water in the skin, which can help prevent and relieve dryness as well as related symptoms, like flaking and irritation.
Peppermint Oil: Helps stimulate blood flow, has anti microbial benefits and relieves dry, itchy skin.
This would be a great addition to your self-care and pampering routine!
How to Use:
Pour into a warm foot bath.
Soak feet for 10-20 minutes.
Rinse well.
Apply a body butter to moisturize feet. Add socks and wear overnight for a deeper healing process.
Soak your feet 1 time per week for best results.
